CALVARY INDEPENDENT CHURCH

Dr. Ray Baker will be speaking on the topic of apologetics at Calvary Independent Church, 424 E Moody Ave in New Castle on Saturday, September 15 from 9:00 am until 1:00 pm. 

 

Dr. Baker lives in Stockholm, Sweden, but hails originally from Altoona, Pennsylvania. For more than 30 years he has served as a missionary in Europe with Greater Europe Mission. He is the author of five books in Swedish and has taught at Bible colleges in Sweden and France. He is a much-appreciated speaker at conferences and outreach events on secular university campuses around the world. 

 

In this one-day seminar in Christian Apologetics, Dr. Baker will cover the following topics: 

• The Biblical Basis for Apologetics

• The Existence of God

• The Reliability of the Bible

• The Resurrection of Jesus

• The Problem of Evil and Suffering

• Jesus the Only Way
